I join as a designer, find the structural problem nobody named, and end up driving the product. That has now happened at three companies.
At KION a proposed warehouse robot turned into a simple scanner, because I recruited over a hundred users by cold outreach and watched them work before anyone designed anything. At Bikemap I took Pause Mode from support threads to release, the feature our users asked for most. At digital office 24 I was the only product manager for two years, across roughly 100 client workspaces and seven document types, and I built the design system before migrating the live app onto it.
I build things for myself too. A map of the public table-tennis tables in Frankfurt, where a three-person test killed my primary button. A coaching system that audits its own numbers before it gives advice, written after five of my own documented “facts” collapsed in a single day. This site, built by seven agents I directed, which you can navigate by typing a three-digit page number.
